摘要
The damascones and damascenones are flavor components present in Rosa damascena and in several varieties of fruits, grapes, and wines.1Their importance as essences for perfumes, cosmetics, and foods has justified the large number of syntheses reported recently in the literature2. © 1990, American Chemical Society.
