THE SENSE OF JUSTICE IN JOHN RAWLS

All the societies and existing cultures have referred in some moment to the problem of the justice, which certain preocupation demonstrates on what should to be the elements more suitable to support a certain social model, to such a point that at present, it is inconceivable refers to a category of justice, if it is not expressed in terms of equity; the contemporary debate faces of tacit way the problem of the civic freedoms of a side, and that of the economics freedoms, since well the contemporary Constitutions contemplate it.
