摘要：

Aggressive angiomyxoma is a rare soft tissue tumor that almost exclusively involves the perineal and pelvic regions of women of reproductive age. This tumor is characterized by slow growth and a tendency to local recurrence. We describe a case of aggressive vulvar angiomyxoma arising in a 37-year-old woman. (C) 2013 Elsevier Espana, S.L.U.
