The paper of Giangreco, Doyle and Suter (2012) introduces a number of interesting questions regarding the policy and practice of disabled students' inclusion in regular classes. This contribution is aimed at mainly discussing the following topics: 1. similarities and differences between us and Italian policies of inclusion 2. definition of disability and special educational needs 3. definition of inclusion and mode of assessment 4. comments on research results in Italian schools.
