摘要
This study highlights the importance of knowledge creation and sharing for supply chain practice. We try to examine the influence of alignment among knowledge creation and sharing, supply chain practices and competitive performance. The results of this test indicate that manufacturers can perform very competitively when valuable knowledge has been created and shared and in turn can further influence and improve their supply chain practices. Through the influence of knowledge creation and sharing, effective supply chain practice can drive high performance. Using our test results, we can prove that knowledge plays a key role in successful supply chain practices. In this study, we adopted 601 samples from top manufacturing firms based in 24 countries and performed structural equation modeling (SEM) to test our hypotheses.
