摘要
Micellar aggregation numbers for C//1//6C//8NMe//2Br in water obtained by analyzing time-resolved fluorescence decay curves increase monotonically up to the micellar solubility limit. Evaluation of small-angle neutron scattering data gives the same aggregation numbers up to 0. 04 M C//1//6C//8NMe//2Br. Above 0. 04 M (the overlap concentration, c*) the elongated micelles become increasingly entangled; the position of the SANS correlation peak is then related to the mesh size ( xi ) of the resulting network.
