摘要
The absorption rates of bound 1s and 2p pions in 16O have been calculated in the shell modified by a two-body correlation factor. It turns out that both the correlations and the shell model aspects are essential to explain both 1s and 2p absorption rates in a consistent picture. Furthermore, the spectra of the emitted nucleons contain useful information about the details of the correlation factor. © 1969.
