摘要
The critical Reynolds number at which the Couette flow of Helium II becomes unstable is calculated with various forms of the vortex tension from a linear stability analysis of the Hall-Vinen-Bekeravich-Khalatinikov equations. The results are compared with experimental results of Swanson and Donnelly.
