摘要：
The classification of sea level pressure and sea surface temperature data sets of COADS are made using clustering method. The interannual patterns are presented and several types of teleconnection links are selected and analyzed. The global modes of SLP and SST fields are related to ENSO., The importance of the interannual variability of the extratropical northern regions of Pacific and Atlantic Oceans for the generation of these global modes are mentioned.
