Aim. To analyse interaction between indices of lipidogram and rheologic properties of the blood (RPB) in various hyperlipoproteidemic (HLP) types for their treatment at early stage. Materials and methods. 50 patients (21 men and 29 women with middle age 51,2 +/- 1,3 and 55,8 +/- 2,4 accordingly) with HLP types IIa, IIb and IV were subjected to comparison of influence of micronised phenofibrat (Lipantil) therapy in daily dose of 20 mg on rheologic properties of the blood (RPB). Conclusion. Both preparations studied had a positive effect upon RPB. Moreover, lipantil made much better the blood viscosity and deformed properties of erythrocytes reducing their aggregation, particularly in HLP type IV. Vasilip took lesser effect on RPB as compared with lipantil.
