METASTATIC MALIGNANT MELANOMA PRESENTING WITH HEMATURIA

Introduction: We report a rare case of a previously asymptomatic patient presenting with gross hematuria and a bladder mass, which was found to be metastatic melanoma. After transurethral resection of atypical bladder tumor, pathological findings made us suspected malignant melanoma and radiological findings supported metastatic melanoma. The patient died due to widespread disease and systemic therapy was not helpful. Solitary, depigmented and vegetating lesions at cystoscopy also should keep in mind to be metastatic of malignant melanoma, although most of the case reports described these lesions as dark blue-black, solitary or multiple and nodular or vegetating lesions.
