摘要：
The article deal with the problem of the place of Holy Roman Empire in the formation of European system of states in early modern time. Holy Roman Empire was a part of this system, but it had own imperial system of states as well, which had taken place of subsystem. The French Revolution of the XVIII century and Napoleonic wars violated the balance of powers in the European system of states and destroyed the imperial system of states.
