THE INCORPORATIONS, ACQUISITIONS AND MERGERS OF HIGHER EDUCATION IN BRAZIL: IN LIGHT OF REPORTS FROM EDUCATIONAL MANAGERS OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

摘要
The scenarios of privatization of higher education and educational policies face new paradigms. The teaching happens to be treated as a commodity, such a process of neoliberal policies has just avassalando a niche firms injecting capital in the educational sector, generating fortunes with this teaching, which increasingly is becoming profitable, since the new paradigms of globalization, technology and work worlds. The study was originally from a research project, which envisions discuss the incorporations, mergers and acquisitions of higher education in Brazil. survey was conducted qualitative and quantitative, which include 100 educational managers acting in higher education in Brazil. In this papper present a category that refers to the expansion of higher education, and the gaze of managers who work in Higher Education. For this we cutouts of results from a quantitative analysis. It is concluded that the study analyzed here, that the managers investigated in this research, although they are private institutions, not compactuam with this new educational model, considering the efficiency and the quality of teaching. This result is provocative, because they are tied to private institutions. Noting that these managers act in the management of these higher institutions, but do not corroborate with the administrative model of the ihes, which are uk employees.
