摘要
This article analyzes the conflict in Western Sahara from an interdisciplinary lecture between International Law and International Relations, and particularly, of constructivism. For this purpose, we will present a brief synthesis of the historic vicissitudes that had confronted the Saharawi people during the building of their nation and their takeover of a nationalistic discourse under the cataloguing of being a non-autonomous territory and in process of decolonization. We will board the concepts of nation and nationalism to study later the Saharan conflict under the lens of constructivism.
