摘要
The conductivity induced in several types of rubber by pulse electron radiation (pulse duration 2.5 mus, dose rate 2 x 10(8) Gy/s) was studied. The decay kinetics of the delayed component of the radiation-induced conductivity was examined. It was found that compounds with high radiation-induced conductivity had considerable effect on the overall response of the filled system, whereas the effect of the inclusions with high dark conductivity (graphite) was, at first approximation, negligible. The results are explained by the presence of free porosity, significant capture of charge carriers by the technological additives included into the rubber compositions, and the effect of the type of dispersed filler.
