摘要：

1. The limiting oxygen concentration at which monosilane will not self-ignite in a nitrogen-oxygen atmosphere is 0.7-3%, depending on the humidity of the medium. 2. Monosilane autoignition is observed at very low temperatures. Reducing the temperature of the nitrogen-oxygen medium only slightly raises the oxygen autoignition limit. 3. Methyl iodide effectively inhibits the ignition of monosilane in air for near-stoichiometric mixtures. © 1972 Consultants Bureau.
