The selection of conditions for disinfection with preparation of nanosilver on technical materials (cotton and paper) in model conditions in the disinfection chamber at a preparation concentration 45 and 90 ppm at different amounts of mistings from 1 to 8, with a constant humidity RH = 70% and a temperature of 29 degrees C and at different set of spraying nozzles was done. In the study microorganisms isolated from the storagehouses of museums, libraries and archives were used. The results showed that the most sensitive microorganisms to nanosilver particles are Sphingomonas paucimobilis and yeasts Candida sphaerica. These strains were effectively reduced by the preparation of nanosilver with a concentration of 45 ppm after the first two mistings at R = 92 - 99,7%. Resistant microorganisms: fungi Aspergillus niger and Bacillus subtilis require a higher concentration of nanosilver (90 ppm) and increase of the nanosilver doses amount to 3 and referrals of the spraying nozzles directly on the material in order to achieve higher efficiency of the disinfection process (R = 65 - 88%).
