摘要：
In this article are presented the critical remarks that E. D. Hirsch made from the intentionalistic position, in his book Validity of Interpretation, about the philosophical hermeneutics of H.-G. Gadamer. We take into consideration the discussions about author's intention and the so-called "intentionalist fallacy" in recent literature about esthetics. Several arguments are made, relativizing the intentionalist concepts.
