摘要
Students' engagement is an important perspective for evaluating the effectiveness of virtual university, and evaluating the effectiveness is a complicated decision problem that the method of Fuzzy-AHP can be used for. First, we established the indexes system of the effectiveness of virtual universities from students' engagement perspective, which includes cognitive engagement, psychological engagement and behavioral engagement. Then, describe survey instrument, data collection, and the Fuzzy-AHP method. Final, use the method and data to evaluate the effectiveness of virtual university. And results show that the method is feasible, it can obtain not only the whole level of effectiveness of virtual university, but also levels of three aspects of effectiveness.
