摘要：

When one attempts to define a tool kit for a multimedia decision system, the initial step is to define what is not included. Therefore, the author has started the process by defining what is in a Decision Support System (DSS) Tool Kit and what is in a Group Decision Support System (GDSS) Tool Kit. A Multimedia Supported Group/Organizational Decision Systems (MSGDS) Tool Kit contains features that are unique to applications for the multimedia platform and conceptualization of decision problems.
