摘要
Incubation of spinach thylakoids with linolenic acid leads to a dissociation of Photosystem I complex and Light Harvesting Chlorophyll a/b complex II into their monomeric forms. In contrast to the chlorophyl-a/b-protein complex of PS II, linolenic acid partially releases the chlorophyll from chlorophyll-a/b-protein complex of PS I, without, however, a releases of polypeptides from thylakoid.
