HIGH-TC BI-BASED SUPERCONDUCTIVE OXIDES OBTAINED BY DOPING FLUORINES

摘要
The effect of fluorine doping on the superconductivity of Bi-based oxides has been examined. Specimens have been prepared by sintering the starting powders including CaF2 in a closed system. The (243) phase appears only in a small amount and to specimens indicate the critical temperature Tc higher than 90 K. Grains do not grow so large as those prepared in an open system, where Tc=113 K has been obtained. The effect of using different kinds of fluorides as starting powders is also examined. © 1990.
