摘要
A microwave spectrometer is described where excited species are observed inside a plasma excited by an rf discharge. The J = 0 → 1 transition of CS is measured over a wide range of vibrational states for different isotopic substitutions in natural abundance: 12C32S (ν ≤ 14), 12C34S (ν ≤ 5), and 13C32S (ν </ 3). Some new Dunham coefficients are determined. © 1979.
