摘要：

In this article we have studied the organizational culture of the educational institution and analyzed the results of the management for the development of organizational culture of this educational institution. For this reason we have studied the concept and the types of the organizational culture of the educational institution; have revised the main components of the organizational culture of the educational institution; have analyzed the effective management of the organizational culture of the educational institutions by means of hidden components. In this article are offered the results of the sociological survey, with the help of which we have found out the opinion about the place and the role of the organizational culture and its leader for the effective functioning of a social institution or an organization in which the person works. The questionnaire was completely anonymous and we relied on the objective assessment of the organizational culture and social organization in which the respondent works.
