摘要
Single crystals of YBa2Cu3O7-x were obtained from PbO-B2O3 melts by adding PbO-B2O3 flux to the primary phase region of the YBa2Cu3O7-x phase on the YBa2Cu3O7-x-BaCu3O4 pseudo-binary line. A new compound of Pb2YBa2Cu3O8, an analogue of Pb2Sr2ACu3O8, was found from PbO-B2O3 rich melts. In the course of the crystal growth study several other compounds including PbYBa2Cu3O8-y, Y2Ba6O9, BaCu2Oy and PbBaCuOx were also obtained. © 1990.
