摘要
Excitation of radiative transitions from the shifted 6p(2)(D-1(2),P-3(1))-levels of thallium ion within the energy range from the threshold up to 100 eV has been studied by means of VUV spectroscopy. A technique of modulate electron and ion beams crossed at a right angle was used to separate the useful signal. Energy dependences of excitation cross sections as well as the effective cross sections have been measured for two spectral transitions. An origin of the structure of energy dependences is explained.
