摘要：

The article will deepen into the incidence of applying ICTs as methodological tools in higher education at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Technical University of Babahoyo, focused mainly on teachers and students who use ICTs as academic tools, combined for a good performance in the classroom. Technology and methodology should always go together permanently for the benefit of teachers who will no longer be part of the computer illiterate. In the elaboration of the work, descriptive and exploratory research methods were used, allowing the treatment and adequate processing of the information.
