摘要
The responses of the cyanobacterium Phormidium laminosum to heat shock, 4-nitroquinoline-N-oxide (NQO), UV light and nalidixic acid were compared by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. Although there was some overlap between the responses to heat shock and to NQO and the responses to UV light and to nalidixic acid, there was otherwise little overlap. This is in marked contrast to the effects on the eukaryotic alga Chlamydomonas reinhardtii.
