摘要
In addition to their primary role in tRNA charging, aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases can regulate protein synthesis in eukaryotic cells. Although the phosphorylation of these enzymes themselves has little effect on their catalytic activity, there may be a role for protein phosphorylation in mediating their regulatory effects. © 1990.
