摘要
Two HPLC and GC methods on capillary column which allow the simultaneous determination of 18 pesticides in honey and apples have been developed A good separation of most pesticides was achieved using each method The limits of sensitivity ranged from 0.025 to 0.2 ppm. These methods, HPLC and GC, require respectively a liquid-liquid extraction and a solid-liquid one, allowing sample purification and residue concentration. The procedure yields reproducible results with adequate sensitivity for routine monitoring of pesticide residues in these products.
