摘要
Introduced in French planning for the IVth Plan, regional planning was, until the VIth Plan. only a regionalisation of national figures, and so, had no feed-back on national planning. The purpose of the REGINA Model - built by the author for the preparation of the VIIth Plan was to avoid such a dichotomy and to analyse, interdependently, regional and national problems. The REGINA Model is a large regional national model which analyses French economy at the level of five large regions (with a breakdown into rural andurban zones). Because of its interdependent structure, it enables not only to analyse the impact of national development on regional development and urbanization, but also the impact of the regional (and zonal) development - and regional policy on national figures. © 1979.
