Set-up for the nondestructive testing of the structure of steel wire

摘要：
An automated set-up permitting the identification of the microstructure carbon steel wire of by the values of the harmonic components of induction emf and the level of Barkhausen magnetic noise is described. The time for microstructural identification of one specimen is less than 2 min, and the assurance of identification is 85% or better.
