摘要：

The importance and relevance of intellectual property law has increased immeasurably over last years. It is quite difficult to indentify and disclose crimes related to violation of copyright and related rights. It is important for the professionals operating in investigation to know not only criminal and criminal procedural law, but also a considerable array of civil law and information legislation that as well govern copyright.
