摘要
The paper deals with the control and communication flow processes present as part of the organizational culture, which is a popular concept in management science. The objective of the study is to classify the control and communication flow culture of the studied enterprises. We used the questionnaire for the assessment of organizational culture developed by Harrison and Handy in our survey. Following an introduction to relevant literature, the study discusses the outcomes of empirical research.
