摘要：
Alpha,omega-Diamino aliphatic ethers react under ambient conditions with dimethyl alpha,omega-dicarboxylates, in methanol as a solvent, to give the cyclic diamides in good yields, and their subsequent reduction with lithium aluminium hydride affords the respective diazacoronands.
