摘要：
In this article we address the issue referred to the environment and sustainable development as key categories and processes within globalization, set within international laws, national protocols and agreements in order to protect the environment, habitat, and promote sustainable development. Finally we boarded the Venezuelan constitutional and legal framework in relation to environment and sustainable development.
