摘要
The significant production of Social Interest Housing in Argentina in the last ten years, shows the role that the State -through the public policies- on growth and territorial development. The Federal Housing Policy comprising numerous programs and operative enables access to housing as a universal right recognized by various human rights instruments, in addition to being well Material, consumer and social, linked to meeting basic needs and quality life of the population. However, despite attending part of housing demand, still you need more attention issue of planning and its impact on the territory and necessarily include habitat as a dynamic and complex process, achieved by addressing the housing issue holistically
