摘要
A simple linear fitting procedure for determining first-order rate constants from 2D NMR exchange spectroscopy in rapidly relaxing systems is presented. The method was used to obtain the first-order rate constants for halogen exchange in a mixture of BC13 and BBr3. The rate constants obtained in this manner are compared to the rate constants obtained using previously published methods that have typically been applied to spin- 1 2 nuclei. © 1991.
