摘要：

The paper deals with the public management that will be presented through the whole public management, public administration from its beginning until today, and some goals, techniques, measures, effects, processes and techniques of the new public management. The British model of the new public management is described together with its importantance. This is followed by tables and structures of public management and new public management explaining their issues or characteristics in relation to each other. The last thing discussed are controversies that indicate the negative impacts of new public management.
