摘要：

This study examined the characteristics of Type A personality and its significance among 290 undergraduates from three major ethnic groups in Singapore and attempted to show its effects on the stress perceived. The findings of this study indicated that there was a positive correlation between the relationship of stress and Type A personality, which was consistent with the result of the previous research. Furthermore, the Indians have more of the hostility trait than the other two ethnic groups. © 1991.
