GUIDANCE FOR THE ETHICS CONDUCT: A CASE OF STUDY ON INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION

The study aimed to investigate how the academic community stands before the procedures and criteria adopted by the IES in institutional relations and interpersonal relationships and ethical and moral values. The research is characterized by qualitative and quantitative, exploratory and descriptive. We worked and applied interviews and questionnaires with students of Administration, Accounting, Law, Education and Information Systems, with professors of their courses, and also for the employees of the Faculty Piaui. The results indicate that this object IES study devotes more attention to the lines dictated by the Charter and that in some instances are insufficient to delineate the outline of ethics that want to adopt. The results show also that the actions taken as ethical rules do not end up becoming effective.
