ORDER-ALPHA RADIATIVE-CORRECTIONS FOR SEMILEPTONIC DECAYS OF UNPOLARIZED BARYONS

The theory of the order-± radiative correction to the decay of baryons is briefly reviewed. An effective procedure for the calculation of the real-photonic part of the order-± correction is outlined. Numerical results are tabulated for the radiative corrections to the branching ratio the electron-antineutrino correlation parameter, the electron-energy (Ee) spectrum the final-baryon-energy (Ef) spectrum, and the electron-antineutrino angular-correlation (Ee) distribution, and to the (Ef, Ef) and the (Ee, cose) two-variable distributions in the cases of the decays -ne, -e, -e, and pe. © 1990 The American Physical Society.
