摘要：
The authors treated a patient who presented with an aneurysm of the subclavian-axillary artery, which appeared to be of syphilitic origin. The authors review the problems of diagnosis and treatment of these aneurysms. The management is surgical and consists in resection and reestablishment of arterial continuity.
