摘要
The various imaging modes which are possible in non-scanning surface microscopy with slow electrons are discussed, in particular the information which can be gained on surface potential, topography, crystal structure, magnetic microstructure, and chemical composition. Applications relevant to semiconductor microelectronics, magnetic storage technology, and heterogeneous catalysis are reported.
