摘要：
Nonarticular elbows, wrist, and hand discomfort commonly results from periarticular or tendon disorders or nerve entrapement. Physicians with a practical knowledge of upper extremity anatomy and mechanic and an awareness of the typical features of disease are best equipped to treat these often-encountered conditions. Therapy is based on an accurate diagnosis and should be tailored to each disorder.
