摘要
The high energy ball milling technique has been used to produce nanocrystalline powders from an amorphous Fe78B13Si9 precursor. The low temperature mechanical deformation process induces the precipitation of nanometer-size alpha-Fe(Si) crystallites. The kinetics of this mechanical crystallization process and the influence of oxygen and other metallic additives have been investigated. The powders were consolidated by cold rolling and the magnetic properties of the bulk samples have been analyzed after various thermal treatments.
