摘要
Mycosis fungoides is a commonly seen type of cutaneous T cell lymphoma. It is usually seen in the middle aged and elderly. The occurrence of mycosis fungoides in children is very rare. An 11-year-old male child attended our clinic with complaints of pruritus and erythematous patches. These complaints had begun 2 years previously and gradually spread over his whole body. On dermatological examination, multiple patches and plaques with undetermined margins on the extremities, trunk and glutea were observed. The histopathological examination of the lesions was consistent with mycosis fungoides. No pathological laboratory finding was detected, other than an elevation of lactic dehydrogenase levels. Lung X-ray, abdominal and superficial ultrasonographies were normal. We present a case of pediatric mycosis fungoides because of its rarity.
