Traumatic diaphragmatic hernia with a liver luxation: a case report

摘要：
We report one case of diaphragmatic hernia post-traumatic collaged at Guelmim Military Hospital. The diagnosis was made three months after the initial accident. The radiological investigation confirmed the diagnosis showing the presence of intestines inside the chest with a liver luxation. Surgical intervention precised and treated the lesions at the same time. It was consisting on stitches and prothetic mesh. The follow-up was simple without any recidivism.
