摘要
The persulfate oxidation, formaldoxime, and malachite green colorimetric methods for Mn in lake waters were evaluated. The persulfate and formaldoxime procedures gave essentially the same results in membrane filtered samples. Turbidity in unfiltered samples resulted in the formaldoxime method giving higher results than the persulfate method. The malachite green method did not yield consistently useful data unless a lengthy modification was employed. The persulfate method proved to be themost efficient and adaptable method in a study of the chemistry of Mn in lake waters. © 1969, American Chemical Society. All rights reserved.
