摘要
Interaction of the random-telegraph-noise signals with pinned Abrikosov vortices in granular high-temperature superconductors is investigated. It is shown that the low-frequency part of random-noise spectra is suppressed due to interaction of Abrikosov vortices with pinning centers at low magnetic fields and/or due to mutual interactions of vortices in an Abrikosov lattice at high magnetic fields. Values of characteristic frequencies below which spectra are suppressed are evaluated for various experimental configurations including a typical experimental thin-film strip geometry. It is shown that characteristic frequencies and the functional dependence of the low-frequency part of the noise spectra strongly depend on the external magnetic field. © 1995 The American Physical Society.
